A little clarity before we begin. One URL with up to six normal content sections. Client-supplied plain-text privacy/terms utility pages do not consume the main page allowance; legal drafting excluded.

We agree your start date once your scope, content, access and booking payment or first monthly spread payment are ready, after any applicable cooling-off period. Waiting for feedback pauses the delivery clock. New pages, new features and changes outside the agreed scope are quoted before work begins.

Build price plus your chosen care plan. Domains, email and third-party subscriptions are separate unless your proposal includes them. You may arrange your own hosting after a cash-price build is settled. AUD. GST is not charged.

A response means acknowledgement and a plan, rather than a guaranteed fix time. Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm AEST, excluding Queensland public holidays. Site versions cover the website code and content; external booking records, mailboxes and customer data need their own backup arrangement.

What care does not include

Normal small-business website usage is agreed in your proposal. A substantial change in traffic or functionality is discussed and quoted first. There are no unlimited hosting or update promises.

When payments start

Payment and work begin only after any applicable cooling-off period. Your written proposal confirms the start date and payment dates.

The booking payment reserves your agreed start. The balance follows your approval and is due before launch. Care begins at launch. There is no spread premium.

Your website stays yours

Your domain and supplied content stay yours. Custom work transfers after settlement, with one standard source and content export and a transfer guide. Third-party licences and subscriptions retain their own terms; further migration work is quoted.

Available only after the build is fully paid. Annual care cannot be used during a spread term or combined with the founding offer or another credit. It does not discount your build or third-party costs. AUD. GST is not charged.

Annual renewal and early cancellation

Send a renewal reminder 30 days before expiry. Renew only after explicit acceptance; otherwise offer monthly care.

Unused complete months are refunded at the annual amount divided by 12, rounded up to a whole dollar and capped at the amount you paid. Used months are not repriced and your discount is not clawed back. Statutory rights apply.

A fair start

You see the first design before the full build. If it doesn’t feel right, I’ll try another direction within the brief. Still not right? Stop there and I’ll refund the build payments you’ve made.

Tell me within 5 business days of the first design presentation, before approving the direction or requesting the rest of the build. When this promise applies, unpaid build charges are cancelled and unused prepaid care is refunded. Separately approved external purchases may be excluded where lawful and disclosed.

This voluntary promise is in addition to rights and remedies under Australian Consumer Law and does not limit them.

What does the starting price include?

Launch covers 1 focused page, the agreed design and content placement, 1 round of feedback and launch checks. Your proposal lists the details. Monthly care and separately quoted extras are additional.

Will it work on a phone?

Your site is designed for phone, tablet and desktop screens. I check the agreed pages and core actions before launch.

Can you promise more enquiries or a Google ranking?

No. I can make your services clearer and your contact options easier to use. Enquiries and search positions also depend on demand, competition, content and how people find you.

How long does a build take?

Each package has a target delivery window: Launch, 5 business days; Local, 10 business days; Signature, 15 business days. We agree your start date once your content, access and first payment are ready and any applicable cooling-off period has ended. Extra scope or delayed feedback can move that date.

What do I need to supply?

Your business details, services, approved words and photos, and permission to use them. I’ll give you a short checklist. Copywriting and image preparation can be quoted if you need help.

Can I change my mind about the design?

Your package includes a set number of feedback rounds. Send one combined list per round. A different brief or extra rounds may need a new quote. The design-direction promise below applies before you approve the first design.

Who owns the website?

You keep your domain and the content you supply. Once the agreed build amount is paid, you receive the rights and files described in your agreement. Third-party fonts, photos and software keep their own licences.

What happens after a spread plan ends?

The build instalments stop. Your monthly bill drops to the care price shown in your agreement, unless you’ve agreed to change plans.

Can I leave early?

Yes. Give 30 days’ notice. For a completed, accepted build, your proposal shows the remaining cash build balance, with unearned spread charges removed. Settle that balance and any undisputed earned amounts to take your site with you. Taking an unpaid site offline does not waive the remaining build balance. Before-launch exits, the design-direction promise and statutory rights may give a better remedy.

Is hosting included in the build price?

Hosting is part of your monthly or annual care plan. Domain registration, email mailboxes and paid booking or shop services are separate unless your proposal says otherwise.

Can I use another host later?

Yes, once the build ownership conditions are met. One standard source and content export and a transfer guide are included. Moving and setting up another provider can involve additional work and third-party costs. You can also buy a cash-price build and arrange your own hosting after settlement.

Can I edit it myself?

These packages assume changes are sent to me under your care plan. If you need your own editing system, tell me before quoting so we can choose the right setup.

Do you build online shops?

A small shop setup is available as a separately scoped add-on. Product counts, payments, shipping, platform subscriptions and ongoing support are agreed first.

Is GST included?

AUD. GST is not charged. Your quote shows the total payable.
